How Can severe Abdominal Bloating Along With Gastritis Be Treated?

I am having a lot of stomach issues, and very bad gas that seems to be almost toxic until it passes. The stomach issues include nightly nausea and bloating, mostly in the upper abdomen. I m wondering what may be going on with my GI. I have had IBS for years, but that seems like a relatively minor problem compared to this. Does this sound like an ulcer? And why does the gas seem toxic?

you are having hyper acidity and hpylori infection.get examined by gastroenterologist and endoscopy maybedonewithhisadvise. take bland diet and avoid fast food and hotteaand coffee.refrain from smoking.
